Especially in the lower season from may through september we will offer you great specials. Take the advantage of the lower season, which is characterized by beautiful warm and sunny days, where you find the long sandy beaches being yours and when the whales are coming into the tranquil bay for a nursery visit.

Reservations can be made against pre-payment of 50 % of the balance payable at booking date and reception of a deposit slip or against credit card data.

All prices include VAT and commission.

Deposits are refundable, if cancellation does occur prior 30 days of arrival date. Refunds are at the discretion of management and are dependant on our ability to relet the room. All refunds are subject to a 10 % cancellation fee.

In the event of premature departure we will charge the full extent of the stay that has been booked.

All booked rooms can be relet again and rates are subject to change without notice if required deposits have not been received in due time.

Because of the wooden architecture unfortunately smoking is not allowed. Smoking guest can enjoy our fresh air smoking area on the veranda.

We can not be held liable for theft or any accidents in our hotel, on our property or using our services unless these events were evidently caused by us.
